The most impressive performance was that of Fakhar Zaman, who won Player of the Match after making a brilliant half-century to celebrate his comeback. In 32.3 overs, Pakistan was able to successfully chase down the goal.

In the most recent matchup with India, Sri Lanka was up against tough competition. Rohit Sharma was removed early in India’s inning. But Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill formed a strong alliance and added 189 runs for the second wicket.
