MS Dhoni and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team have been lauded by Sourav Ganguly for their remarkable feat of making it to the final for the 10th time in 14 seasons. Ganguly commended Dhoni for his leadership in guiding CSK’s comeback during the current season. Additionally, Ganguly highlighted the emergence of exciting new players in the IPL, including Rinku Singh, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Dhruv Jurel.
“The performance of Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni has been truly outstanding. They have demonstrated how to win crucial matches. Dhoni’s captaincy has been remarkable, showcasing his ability to triumph in important encounters,” Ganguly stated according to Hindustan Times.
Ganguly further remarked, “Rinku Singh, Dhruv Jurel, and Yashasvi Jaiswal have showcased impressive performances. Jitesh Sharma showcased his skills for Punjab Kings. Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma have also displayed commendable performances. The IPL is a prestigious tournament, and these players have excelled in it,” added the former BCCI president.
