During an episode of the Nadir Ali Podcast, Shehzad acknowledged the presence of talented bowlers in India such as Ravichandran Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja. However, he expressed his opinion that these bowlers are not perceived as intimidating or threatening by opposition batsmen.
Shehzad drew a comparison to the historical strength of Pakistan in producing world-class fast bowlers. He also praised India’s track record of nurturing exceptional batsmen and acknowledged the strong support they receive from their team management. In no way did Shehzad intend to show disrespect towards the Indian team, but he emphasized that India is yet to produce a bowler who strikes fear in the hearts of opposing batsmen.
