The All-India Senior Committee met in Mumbai to select the players of the Indian Cricket Team for the upcoming India tour of West Indies 2019.

The tour is set to get started from the 3rd of August, 2019. Virat Kohli, who was speculated earlier for not being the part of the team, is going to lead the side in all the three formats. While Shikhar Dhawan, who has got a complete recovery after sustaining an injury on his thumb, has returned to the international circuit.

Jasprit Bumrah will be available for the Tests, while All-rounder Hardik Pandya has been rested for the whole tournament. MS Dhoni is also not going to travel with the team as per the reports.
