Ramiz Raja, the former chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), believes that the recently concluded season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be etched in memory as the season of MS Dhoni. In the IPL 2023 final, Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings triumphed over the Gujarat Titans in a match that took place on the reserve day for the first time in the league’s illustrious history. Reflecting on some of the standout moments of the season, Raja highlighted the incident involving Sunil Gavaskar and Dhoni. During CSK’s final home game of the season, Gavaskar sought Dhoni’s autograph on his shirt.
